If you’re in Brisbane and living with a physical disability, MACS provides quick-response drop-in services to suits your lifestyle – 365 days a year.
Night Time Attendant Care
This is our primary service and what sets us apart. Our flexible drop-in team operates throughout the night from 5 pm to 6 am to provide any support when you need it.
Whether you require pre-arranged assistance each night or the occasional unplanned support during the night, our attendants can drop in for anything from 5-55 minutes.
Minimum booking time of 15 minutes, plus 20 minutes travel time.
Day Time Attendant Care
We understand that you may not need care all the time or even that regularly. Our responsive drop-in team can come into your home or workplace to provide quick support that suits your needs – allowing you to get on with your day.
Schedule in advance or just give us a call when you need unplanned assistance or care. Our friendly team can integrate seamlessly into your routine. Available from 6 am – 1 pm.
Minimum booking time of 15 minutes, plus 20 minutes travel time.
Lifestyle Assistance
If you need assistance both at home or to get out and do what you love, we can help you with:
- Personal care – such as showering and getting dressed
- Meal time assistance – such as food preparation and support with medication
- Household management – such as light cleaning and gardening
- Getting out and about – such as seeing live music and visiting friends
Eligibility for Mobile Attendant Care Service
We assist people who:
- Have a physical disability
- Are between 18-65 years old
- Live in the MACS catchment area
- Have the ability to instruct our staff
- Are receiving funding for support – e.g. NDIS, NIISQ, Third Party – or have the capacity to pay for our services
All services are subject to availability.

Do we service your area?
We provide drop-in support within a 30-minute radius of: 30 minute radius of;
- CHERMSIDE, North Brisbane
- UNDERWOOD, South Brisbane
We can travel quite far overnight when there is minimal traffic.
