The MACS Annual General Meeting will be on Saturday November 30th, starting at 12pm at Chermside Bowls Club, 468 Rode Road, Chermside.
After the AGM finishes (hopefully by 1pm) we will have a Christmas lunch for service users and staff (see invite above). If you’re a paid up member, lunch is on us!
Just a reminder that if you want to participate and to be eligible to vote at the AGM, you must be a financial member (a renewal form is attached below).
The AGM Documentation was circulated to members earlier this week, however there are pdf and word versions of the meeting documentation below.
I encourage you to attend the AGM and have your say about your service.
